IT'S NOT JUST CURB APPEAL. IT'S PROTECTION.

Good siding is your home's first line of defence — against wind-driven rain, hail, freeze-thaw cycles and everything an Alberta winter throws at it. Done right, it protects the structure underneath, helps manage moisture, and makes the whole house look finished. That's why we treat siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs and trim as one system. When each piece is installed to spec and flashed properly, the exterior holds up — and you don't pay twice to fix what was missed. • Installed to manufacturer spec — so the product performs the way it was designed to. • Water management first — housewrap, flashing and drip details that keep moisture out. • Complete packages or single scopes — full exteriors for new builds, or just the piece you need. • Licensed, bonded & insured — Alberta Prepaid Contractor licence.

EVERY DETAIL HAS A JOB TO DO.

Every part of the exterior, numbered on the photo. Tap a number on the photo — or pick a label below — to see what each part does and why it matters.
1. SIDING: Your siding is the main weather shield for your home. It covers the exterior walls, sheds rain and snowmelt, and takes the wind, hail and sun so the structure underneath doesn't have to. When siding cracks, loosens or is badly flashed, water gets behind it and rots the wall from the inside out — so we install it to manufacturer spec. 2. WEATHER BARRIER (HOUSE WRAP): The hidden layer between your siding and your walls. A proper weather barrier blocks wind-driven rain and air leaks while letting trapped moisture escape so the wall assembly can dry. When it's missing, torn, or installed wrong, water gets behind the siding and rots the sheathing — the most expensive damage to fix, because you don't see it until it's bad. 3. FASCIA: Fascia is the board that caps the ends of your roof rafters, right at the roof edge. It closes off the roofline and gives your eavestroughs something solid to fasten to. When fascia rots or splits, gutters sag or pull away and water works into the roof edge. We clad it in aluminium so it stays sealed and maintenance-free. 4. SOFFIT: Soffit is the panel on the underside of your roof overhang. It lets air flow into the attic, which keeps moisture from building up, helps prevent ice dams, and shields the rafters from the weather. Blocked or solid soffit traps humid air overhead — leading to mould, rot, and shingles that wear out years before they should. 5. EAVESTROUGHS: Eavestroughs run along the roof edge and collect rainwater and snowmelt, carrying it to the downspouts and away from your home. When they're undersized, leaking or sloped the wrong way, water pours over the edge or pools against the foundation — causing basement leaks and washed-out landscaping. We size and slope them for Alberta downpours. 6. DOWNSPOUTS: Downspouts are the vertical pipes that take water from the eavestroughs and move it safely to the ground, discharging it away from your foundation. A crushed, leaking or poorly placed downspout can dump hundreds of litres against your basement wall in a single storm. We place and extend them so the water ends up clear of the house. 7. ROOF SHINGLES: Roof shingles are your home's first line of defence against rain, snow, wind and sun. Installed properly, they overlap to shed water down the roof and into the eavestroughs. Missing, curling or worn-out shingles let water into the roof deck, where it rots the sheathing and shows up as stains and leaks inside. We install full shingle systems, including impact-resistant options.
8. WINDOW TRIM: Window trim frames each window and seals the joint where the window meets the siding. It isn't just a finished look — properly installed trim with flashing keeps wind-driven rain from getting in around the opening. When trim gaps or caulking fails, water and cold air get in, and the damage usually starts where you can't see it. 9. GABLE: The gable is the triangular section of wall at the end of a sloped roof. It finishes the roofline, and it's often where a home gets its character — board and batten, shakes, or a contrasting colour. Gables also catch a lot of wind and weather, so the cladding and flashing there has to be done right to keep water out. 10. STONE / CLADDING: Stone and cladding accents add durability and curb appeal to the parts of your home that take the most abuse — foundations, pillars, garage fronts and entryways. Installed over a proper moisture barrier with correct flashing, stone shrugs off snow, splash-back and everyday bumps. Installed wrong, it can trap water against the wall, so the details underneath matter. 11. DOOR TRIM: Door trim finishes and seals the frames around your entry doors. It covers the gap between the door frame and the siding, and with proper flashing it keeps rain and melting snow from working into the wall. Worn or gapped trim lets in water and drafts — we fit it tight and seal it, so your entry stays clean and weatherproof. 12. DRIP CAP FLASHING: Drip cap flashing is the metal flashing installed above windows, doors and other wall openings. It catches water running down the wall and kicks it out and away, instead of letting it slip in behind the trim. It's a small piece that's easy to skip — and one of the most common causes of rot around openings when it's missing. 13. GARAGE TRIM: Garage trim gives the area around your garage door a clean, finished look. It frames the opening, seals the edges where the door meets the siding, and protects those joints from weather and road splash. The garage door is one of the biggest openings in your home, so tight, well-sealed trim keeps it looking sharp and keeps the water out.

BEFORE YOU ASK

COMMON QUESTIONS What siding materials do you install? James Hardie fibre cement (lap, shakes and architectural panels, including panel + EZ-Trim), LP SmartSide engineered wood, KWP, LUX and MAC metal siding, vinyl in horizontal, vertical and board & batten profiles, plus ACM/ACP panels for commercial work. We'll walk through the pros and cons of each for your building and budget — no invented claims, just what fits. Do you only do full exteriors, or single scopes too? Both. Complete exterior packages for new construction and renovations, or individual scopes — siding only, roofing only, or soffit / fascia / eavestroughs on their own, including small service calls that meet minimums. How does pricing work? Every project is assessed on its size, materials and scope, then quoted clearly before work starts. We don't publish package prices or promise discounts online — the owner reviews and approves every estimate so the number you get is the real one. Do you work with builders and general contractors? Yes — that's a core part of the business. We work with residential builders, GCs and commercial companies on new construction and larger projects, with a focus on reliable crews, quality installs and keeping the project moving. Can you help with hail or insurance damage? We do hail inspections, storm and wind damage repairs, and insurance restoration work. We can't guarantee a claim outcome — that's the insurer's call — but we can assess the damage properly and complete the approved repairs to spec. What areas do you serve? Based in Airdrie, we serve Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding communities within roughly 150 km. For suitable larger projects, we also travel further — AB, SK, BC and MB.

SERVICE AREA AREAS WE SERVE Based in Airdrie, serving Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks, Crossfield, Strathmore and communities across the Calgary region — with larger projects taken on across Western Canada. Working with builders across Calgary and area.
